Today's prompt is Crabby and here's a Naiad on a coconut crab. I believe the Naiad is female. They're tricky to tell apart, but females tend to be taller and thinner than males... in the spring and summer. They have gills in their chests and are acclimated to water (saltwater and freshwater) and the air. In the fall they put on weight and further north they grow a full coat of fur.
