Out a day early! Mary Sue’s Last Stand is my entry and features a very short teen girl who isn’t going to let anything like size get in the way of escaping a school over run by the enemy. If that means hijacking the school’s resident Paladin mech, that’s what she’ll do.
I got some high praise about Ender’s Game/Pacific Rim with a smarter, more likeable main character who’s proactive and doesn’t sit around whining about her lot in life.
Not my genre, so I was surprised that I got on the cover with pros. 😀 I happen to have one or three novels planned around this story. Get your copy here!
